I took on leadership of a business unit of 30 people at VMLY&R, a large advertising agency. We managed to increase revenue by 67% in under 2 years, making Modjadji into the biggest tribe by revenue and team size. We turned trouble clients around, and created a cohesive & diverse team the envy of the rest of the business.
